What happens in the free clarity call?

You tell me how you are and what you have already tried. I look at where your system is stuck: thyroid, hormones, nutrients, stress. You leave with a first concrete step, not a generic “sleep more, stress less”, and with my honest view on whether we should work together.

Does working with you replace my doctor?

No. Diagnoses and medication stay in medical hands. I put your results and symptoms into context and give you reasons you can take into your next appointment.

My blood tests are normal. Can you still help me?

Yes. Normal on a lab report means you are not acutely ill. It does not tell you whether your system is working well. Many of my clients had normal results for years and still did not feel well. We look behind the numbers.

Can I work with you wherever I live?

Yes. The call and the support take place live on Zoom, in English or German, wherever you are in the world.
