This policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, in particular Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.

2. Principle

We process personal data only where you have given your consent or where processing is necessary to prepare or perform a contract with you. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future by email.

3. Hosting

This website is hosted by tasjeel.ae, RAKEZ Business Zone-FZ, Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. Technically necessary data (such as IP address, browser type and time of access) is processed to provide the website securely.

4. Cookies and consent

On your first visit, a cookie banner asks for your consent to analytics and marketing tools. We set technically necessary cookies without consent. You can change your choice at any time via the banner.

5. Services we use

The following services may also process data outside the UAE, in particular in the EU and the USA. This transfer is based on your explicit consent (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Funnelspot), on the fact that it is necessary to prepare or perform our contract with you (Calendly, Zoom, WhatsApp, Digistore24), and on the contractual and data protection terms of the respective providers.

  • Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited, Ireland): analysis of website use. Only with consent.
  • Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, Ireland): measuring the effectiveness of adverts on Facebook and Instagram. Only with consent.
  • Calendly (Calendly LLC, Atlanta, USA): booking the free clarity call. The data you enter and the appointment you choose are processed.
  • Zoom (Zoom Communications Inc., San Jose, USA): conducting calls and coaching sessions. Contact, connection and metadata are processed. Sessions are not recorded.
  • WhatsApp (Meta): communication with prospective and existing clients, if you contact us this way or choose this channel.
  • Funnelspot (Funnelspot GmbH, Mediapark 4e, 50670 Cologne, Germany): sending emails and newsletters. Your email address, your name and open and click data are processed. Only with consent; you can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email.
  • Digistore24 (Digistore24 GmbH, Hildesheim, Germany): sale of our e-books. Digistore24 is your contractual partner and processes your order data under its own responsibility and its own privacy policy.
  • ProvenExpert (Expert Systems AG, Quedlinburger Straße 1, 10589 Berlin, Germany): display of our review seal. When the seal loads, your IP address is transmitted to ProvenExpert; clicking the seal takes you to our review profile.

6. Self-check, symptom slider and thyroid calculator

Your answers, slider values and the lab values you enter are evaluated exclusively in your browser and are not transmitted to us.

If you ask for your result to be sent to you by email, we transmit your first name, your email address, the result category (for example “thyroid” or “perimenopause”), whether your result includes a recommendation to see a doctor, the time of your consent and, where applicable, campaign parameters (the source of your visit) to Funnelspot. The purpose is to send you your results, the matching guide and further information by email.

Because the result category may allow conclusions about your health, it is only transmitted with your explicit consent, which you actively give before submitting. You can withdraw your consent at any time by email or via the unsubscribe link in every email; your data will then be deleted.

7. Retention

We keep your data for as long as it is needed for the respective purpose or as long as statutory retention obligations apply. We delete newsletter data after you unsubscribe.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access, portability, rectification and erasure of your data, to restriction and cessation of processing, and to object to automated processing. To exercise these rights, contact hello@mjp-health-consulting.com. You can lodge complaints with the UAE Data Office.

9. Changes

We update this policy when our services or the legal situation change.
